Nutrition & Protection Shea butter is a natural beauty balm, used by women from Sub-Saharan Africa. Since the 1980's, L'Occitane has set up a sustainable and fair trade partnership with the women in Burkina Faso that produce it. Shea Ultra Rich Face Cream is specially formulated to help nurture and protect dry to very dry skin. Ideal for cold climates. Nutrition: due to the exceptional concentration of shea butter (25%), it intensely nourishes the skin, leaving it supple, smooth and comfortable. Feeling of tightness is eliminated. Double protection: against dryness (shea concentrate) and against harsh conditions, as it fortifies the skin's ecosystem (natural sugars derived from wheat and beetroot). This cream helps to stimulate the skin's natural defenses: the skin barrier is strengthened, skin is visibly better protected. This rich cream is rapidly absorbed without leaving an oily film. 24 hour hydrating effectiveness. Tolerance is dermatologically tested. Non comedogenic.
