The Forno Toscano Sicilia is an extremely versatile portable wood-fired oven made in Italy. This innovative oven can be used to bake delicious ‘brick oven’ style pizzas; roasts; breads; vegetables and chicken. Meticulously constructed with durable materials; our outdoor ovens are still being used by chefs and households in Italy after thirty years of service. The Sicilia is a dual chambered wood-fired oven; the fire is built in the lower chamber and your food is baked and cooked in the upper chamber; free from smoke and ash. The fire chamber completely surrounds the cooking chamber giving of radiant heat from all directions which produces the same results found in traditional brick ovens while consuming five times less wood.
