Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer 3.78L

Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer is a ready-to-use water emulsion; metal interlock; acrylic copolymer floor sealer formulated to provide floors with a crystal clear gloss coating. Protects the floor from asphalt/petroleum and common food and drink stains. Increases gloss of subsequently applied top coats on porous industrial floors. Use a base coat under Zep Commercial High Traffic Floor Finish. Coverage is approximatley 1500 square feet per gallon. Recommended on most types of interior floors including rubber; asphalt tile; vinyl composition; terrazzo; unfinished concrete and no-wax vinyl that have lost the original factory finish. Not recommended for use on wood; marble; granite; natural stone; painted or stained concrete; or glazed ceramic tile.
