Shipping Information
We ship all products to customers across Canada via FedEx Ground, Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post from Mississauga, Ontario.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Flat rate shipping times vary between 3 and 10 days, depending on the destination and the day you make your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are either size or weight-based, according to the rates schedules provided by the couriers we use. The shipping companies we use round up all weights up to the next full gram, include the packaging weight. Canada Post and other couriers also surcharge their rates on over-sized packages.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, less the actual shipping costs. If we shipped you the wrong item, or if the product was damaged upon receipt, we will pay for the return shipping label.
- If you want to return new, unopened items between 11 and 60 days from your date of purchase, we will issue you a store credit, less 20% of the purchase price, and less the actual shipping costs.
- If you cancel your order before we ship it, you will get an immediate full refund and a confirmation email.
- You may obtain a CanadaPost return shipping label by completing the contact form at the bottom of this page.
- The return shipping label is valid only for returns shipped within Canada. If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll pay the return shipping costs. If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our actual shipping costs for that item.
- There is no requirement to provide identification, if your returned item is accompanied by a valid receipt or order number. Otherwise, please provide us with your name, shipping address, purchase price, and approximate order date.
- All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original packaging, with exceptions for defective merchandise and products.
- These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.
- We’ll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we’ve received and processed the returned item. We will process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 to 3 business days after we receive your return.
- Since all purchases are processed in Canadian dollars, refunds will also be processed in Canadian dollars, and there may be a net difference if you made your purchase with a credit card in another currency.
