Shipping

We ship from either Mississauga, Ontario or Niagara Falls, NY depending on your shipping destination and product availability. We ship from Niagara Falls, NY, every other week, if your shipping address is in the USA.

You may need to purchase additional postage to cover shipping costs if your order doesn't fit in the USPS small or medium size Priority Mail Flat rate boxes, or if your items are over-weight. 

We strive to input the weight and dimension of products, but it is not possible to include the actual weight and dimensions of all Home Depot and HBC products yet. In addition, sometimes it is cheaper to breakup the order quantities to save on shipping charges for over-weight goods. Some large orders will require LTL shipping quotes.

The flat rate shipping charge for the USA covers items that fit in either the small or medium sized USPS Priority Mail boxes.
